There are 14 ball mills of various models in our factory. The main bearings of the mill are made of bearing alloy (Tungsten gold for short). In the past, we measured the thickness of tungsten gold linings by using an electric drill to drill small holes. This method of measurement is troublesome, and the depth of the hole is difficult to grasp. If the control is not good, the cast iron ball will be drilled. Ultra-small digital ultrasonic thickness gauges can quickly and accurately measure the thickness and internal defects of tungsten gold lining. Especially during the overhaul period, it is necessary to understand the raw material grinding, cement grinding, pulverized coal grinding, and the thickness of the inlet tungsten and gold tile.
